As a start up it is tempting to bootstrap your beginnings, and sadly investing in your brand takes a back seat.
Melinda wanted a brand that immediately resonated. That would stand out and be remembered for all the right reasons.
There will be times when you will be challenged. Sometimes to the point of impossibility. You may doubt yourself, your ability or your strength.
Remember to tell your brand story often and ensure that all people involved in the business know the story too and are able to tell it well.
People remember stories far better than they can recite a list of attributes or benefits. Wrap what you want to say into an engaging story and your audience will remember you forever.
I've said it before and I'll say it again - your logo is not your brand!
